- What mood I was in when filming – I began this project with excitement and anticipation. I’ve always adored the Fantastic Beasts movies—the mischievous magical creatures with their diverse personalities, and the charming, quirky Newt Scamander, whose life revolves around his fantastical friends. Creating something that reflects that love was pure joy.
- A funny moment with tangled yarn or tea spills – My passion for all things knit and crochet can sometimes spiral into cozy chaos, with projects strewn across the couch and living room. My little sister Stacie usually has infinite patience with me, but one day, she reached her limit. Cupping her tiny baby-sized palms together, she gestured toward the yarn explosion and exclaimed, “So much junk!” I took that as my cue to tidy up—at least a little.
- Why I chose that particular filming nook – I’ve decorated my filming nook with favorite projects and trinkets that reflect my love for fantasy movies. The opening scene gives a glimpse into this enchanted corner—a cozy collage of inspiration, stitched memories, and magical clutter.
