Why You Need This at Your Next Event
With flavors so spooktacular, it’s guaranteed to be a graveyard smash at your Halloween bash. The best part is that it’s quick and easy to make and won’t require dusting off that giant cast iron caldron you’ve been keeping in the corner. So get ready to spook and delight your guests with this scarily tasty treat!
Ingredients:
- Pretzel Twists (I used Honey Wheat)
- 1 Box Brownie Mix
- Almond Butter (alternatives: peanut butter frosting or butter cream frosting with orange food coloring)
Instructions:
- Mix and bake the brownies according to package instructions and allow brownies to completely cool
- Cut brownies into squares that will fit on the end of your pretzel sticks
- Stick pretzel into end of brownie and then place on a plate
- Put almond butter in a piping bag with a small round tip and pipe stripes onto the brownie bars to look like broom bristles. Don’t worry about being perfect here. Broom bristles are supposed to look crazy.
- An alternative to almond butter would be to use peanut butter frosting or if you’re afraid of any nut allergies, use a buttercream frosting mixed with orange food coloring.
- I used almond butter because it was easy and is a less thick consistency than peanut butter which made it easier for piping.
The Best Part
The best part of this tasty treat is that you don’t need to be an artistic witch or even skilled at potions to impress your guests at your next gathering. Furthermore, no matter how you decide to go about it, these brownies are guaranteed to impress even the most discerning witches and wizards.
